Windows Live Essentials – Installation Error WaitForCatalog or 0x800c0006

Here is an oldie but a goodie …
If you are receiving the error below it is because Microsoft has removed support and the download files the installer is looking for from the internet. You maybe also looking for Windows Live Writer, this is found in the same install package.
