It’s been another great year for CRM, probably the busiest since I have been working with the product (because of all the acquisitions of late).  We look forward to the CRM 2015 Online Update and CRM 2015 releases about to be delivered to us shortly.

The NZ Dynamics CRM User Group (Auckland) will commence in February 2015.

NZ xRM CRM User Group – Customer Photos from 6th April 2010

Tonight we (xRM User Group Committee) ran our second User Group meeting where we saw our participants come and listen to other Dynamics CRM customers talk about their CRM solution. This was a great opportunity to understand how Dynamics CRM is being used in NZ, and what benefits other customers are enjoying from implementing Dynamics CRM.

This session was conducted as an interview style Q&A session of 2 customers, James Barnett from Konica Minolta & Mark Douglas from Martin Personnel. I took a couple of photos directly from the user group tonight held at Microsoft NZ.
